YOUR Keys to Success

  • Meet new business activity and quality appointment goals through networking, various industry events and prospecting.  
  • Be willing and able to travel to visit clients throughout the year.  
  • Use SMI and personal resources to research prospects and create customized messaging for prospects. 
  • Think like a business owner to use an entrepreneurial mindset to build a scalable sales business plan 
  • Develop solid relationships with clients, team and underwriters

What YOU Bring

  • 3-5+ years of sales experience in an insurance brokerage with proven track record of sales success with an active Property & Casualty insurance license(s) 
  • Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance, specifically in commercial manufacturing 
  • Highly motivated, goal oriented, hungry and driven to achieve individual sales goals. 
  • Superior communication, negotiation, presentation, organization and listening skills 
  • Strong customer focus and follow up skills 
  • Growth mindset is a must.
